$99 fee if canceled after payment but before prescription processing

Child-Resistant Packaging
Medication may not be shipped in child-resistant packaging.
You are responsible for safe storage.
Telehealth Consent
Telehealth involves risks and limitations.
You must agree to a Telehealth Consent before services.
Lonvya may be a third-party beneficiary of that consent.
Connectivity & Information Responsibility
You are responsible for:

Internet access
Any related costs
You must provide accurate information at all times.
Protected Health Information (HIPAA)
Lonvya is not necessarily a covered entity
Providers/pharmacies may be

PHI is governed by HIPAA where applicable.
Non-PHI is governed by the Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by:

Arbitration (AAA) – No Class Actions
All disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration:
